Dr. Doyle suggested we contact Rhonda Shelton from Bridals of Regiss Park in Glasgow. This morning we unsucessfully attempted to call her. The proposed date for the forum is Monday, June 3, 2002 at 7:00 P.M. at the Hart County Courthouse. We contacted Terry Shelton this morning to see if we can conduct the forum on the above mentioned date. We still need to contact Dewayne Forbis about making a radio announcement. The flyers are made, just not posted yet do to the unofficial date. We are now developing an ad to post in the Hart County News Herald.

We are struggling to organize our public forum. The official date has not yet been decided.
